Our wedding ceremony and reception was held at the beautiful Fellini Ristorante on the Gold Coast overlooking the Broadwater on dusk in December 2007. The evening was absolutely perfect, made all the more magical with Trudy's assistance, organization & delivery of the marriage ceremony.

At our initial meeting with Trudy we were unsure how we wanted our vows and ceremony except that we had our minds set on something very basic and simple. After meeting with Trudy we came away with a booklet of sample ceremonies, vows & readings and a layout which helped us build our most minimal vows into something incredibly special, meaningful and very personal to us both.

Trudy worked with us all the way to the big day, assisting us and offering advice when requested and proved to be an invaluable guide during the ceremony, quietly leading us and directing us through our various stages of the ceremony to the signing of the marriage register and our presentation as man and wife. Trudy professionally managed the ceremony with the right amount of intensity throughout the entire process, from our first meetings through to the big day. Trudy was there for us when we needed her, always ready with information, soft and gentle with her approach, fostering warmth and comfort in us all   - which was helpful approaching the ceremony! - at the same time ready with the strength required to be our guide and lead us to the next level, without losing touch of the spiritual and precious nature of our wedding day.

Trudy was a wonderful choice as our celebrant and we are so thankful that she was available for us and that we were able to share our special day with her.  It was a far more joyous and beautiful occasion with her care and involvement. From what I have heard, most people say that despite all the planning, their ceremony was a 'blur'.  That certainly wasn't the case for us.  I was worried that I would feel nervous in front of all of our family and friends, but on the day it felt like it was just the two of us.  I remember every detail and felt like we got to say all the things we wanted to say.  It really was perfect.  Trudy was so relaxed and supportive and just seemed to understand exactly what we wanted.  She was able to guide us through so I knew that I didn't have to worry about being nervous or forgetting what I wanted to say.  But she guided us so gently that the ceremony was able to be very personal and intimate as well.  We just felt that it was important to have someone with us who we felt comfortable with; and someone who understood.

Mark and I were married by Trudy at Burleigh Beach in June 08.

From our initial meeting Trudy showed that she was a kind, warm person who genuinely cared about all aspects of our wellbeing and ceremony requirements. Trudy had put together great ceremony samples to assist us in designing a ceremony that was perfect for us. Trudy assessed and 'read' our needs both as a couple and as individuals. She made suggestions that addressed our emotional needs - as our fathers had passed away Trudy suggested a special way to honour them and their contribution to our lives. The first day we spoke to Trudy (from overseas), a few months before our wedding, we immediately connected and felt comfortable with her warm, gentle spirit.
